Here is the Policy of Closing Tickets.
1- If a ticket passed its original deadline and it did not get closed you will be penalized from calculating your performance in KPI
2- If a ticket moved to done and in reality it was not done then You will face Serious Financial Deductions up to 500L.E
3-If you need to extend a deadline on your ticket you need to set an activity maximum 48hours after the deadline has been set. In the activity request a deadline extension from me
